The Grove is a shopping center features bright and festive holiday scenery. From 7 p.m to 8 p.m each day, snow falls in the plaza and there is a display of a Santa Claus figure riding on a sleigh with reindeer in the sky. Along with these sights, The Grove has many shops to choose from. They also offer a free trolley tour.
The L.A. Kings Ice Skating center is located in Van Nuys and opens their ice rinks to the public 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. seven days a week. They offer rental skates, for both hockey and figure skating. They also have private lessons for skaters of any level.
Candy Cane Lane, located in Woodland Hills, is neighborhood of lights to celebrate the holiday season. Functioning every day from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., visitors are able to pass through in their vehicles or walking. Some houses offer sweet treats, like hot chocolate, for those walking through. The experience will last all the way through the Christmas.
